yeah, a book. it’s that thing with words printed on paper. with a hard cover and backing all bound together.
Social-networking councellers wll be in great demand in the future…to help those traumatised or marginalised by social networking!
Aha, a … book? !
this is scary
the Socialnomics trademark? that’s the book that this video is advertising. Written by Erik Qualman, about the growing use of social networking.
I agree
@Nesciio You sir, are an idiot.
What’s the silly trademark doing at the end? That completely undermines the essence of the message. Social networking can not be owned – o yes itr can, temporarely, surely facebook etc. are generating huge advertisement income, but that’s still an old-fashioned version of advertising soon to be superceded and it only lasts as long as THE PEOPLE like facebook! Shove the trademark up your ***
Social networking is the future actually Ezdia is also a good networking site where you can find some Experts
Did you notice that the world’s biggest social network is stated as not American and focuses on a language and culture that more and more people are learning very day, few of them in America.
The biggest shift is going to be when social media trends are not centered around American culture because the majority of internet users are not in America, not now and they never will be again. Then we won’t see statistics of a service that only works in America.
Ironic that this video is an advertisement for a book.
Social Media is the future. Just like the newspapers, radio, TV and so on have been before. It’s not scary that people want to stay in touch, it’s normal for us. A person always wants to know. So the problem is not how to stop the social media but how to control it as we control the TV, radio etc
It’s scary to think about how the world is changing sometimes, but it’s exciting.
Social mesia and the computer is the beat thong that happened for us as a whole dromtthr car!
So many people spending so much time geting nothing done except “connecting”. Comparing itunes downloads (sales) to facebook usage is not really meaningful unless you want to get revved up about wasting your time.
This video is so exciting! Social media is giving power to the people and it’s consumers who are leading the evolution of how business is done.
Great job on the video!
Beh, outdated information…
Great video to show people that anyone with any type of business today should be involved with social media!!!

I love the energy and data in this video! I’d love to know how you were able to obtain a music license to use the song on YouTube.

85% of statistics are made up on the spot.
Social Media, is always going to keep growing, and facts and figures are always going to go out the door within months! Its mad!
If You are interested in the latest figures for Europe, watch “Social Media in Europe and Germany”.
This isn’t even a year old and a lot of those numbers are already out of date
Social Media may create subgroups, but those will be small in terms of who determines what; who has control over whom. Cable TV was supposed to provide local access. When you watch cable, do you watch HBO or some guy with a show from a barn? If the barn guy becomes popular, he will be bought out by a conglomerate.
Social Media & Marketing-All marketing is the same: buy something. How much marketing says “don’t buy.”
“The true victory of propaganda is when losers feel like winners.”
Thanks for posting my video and for the dialogue it has created! Agree with kmpw48 that some of the numbers got dated fast – it’s incredible!
